Do you have a fixed location?


No. We are primarily a mobile massage and esthetics service provider.




What is your privacy policy?


All informstion provided by you is kept private and confidential and shall not be shared with any third party.




Do you bring your own equipment?


Serenity provides all equipment that would be used for the treatement (s).




What is your reschedullng policy / cancellation policy?


Please not that the rescheduling / cancellation of apppointments should be made within 24hrs of the date the service is to be provided. A 50% fee will be incurred is implemented if the above is not honoured.




Do you do private charters?


Yes. We do private charters for a period of 1-30day(s). For more information, please make contact through one of the mediums available.




What payment methods do you accept?


At present, we only accept cash or cheque.




Do you accept payment in different currencies?


We accept US Dollars $ , Euros, Pound Sterling £ and BBD$. Please note that all service rates are quoted in BBD$.
